LOST or UNDELIVERED

Haven't received your package yet? Please contact USPS and provide them with your tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We strive to process orders rapidly, however we do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Please expect your order to be processed and sent to the carrier in a timely fashion. Please also consider the time when the order was placed, our daily cut off time is 12PM EST. If we are experiencing high volumes, delays are possible, but we’ll be sure to let you know by phone or email if we expect anything significant regarding your order.

We currently utilize USPS Priority Mail, it usually takes up to 3 business days for delivery. Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service by USPS. Date of delivery is expected but not guaranteed.
